Our Teleconsultations (virtual or phone vet consultations) are conducted via phone or video call, allowing you to speak directly with one of our experienced veterinarians about your pet’s health concerns. Whether you’re dealing with a non-emergency issue, need guidance on symptoms, or just want peace of mind before booking a home visit, this service is a convenient, affordable, and stress-free way to access professional care.

How It Works

Booking a teleconsultation is quick and easy. Once scheduled, you’ll have a one-on-one session with a vet who will listen to your concerns, review your pet’s condition, and provide tailored advice. Depending on the nature of your enquiry, we may be able to resolve the issue entirely during the call - saving you both time and money.

If the vet determines that your pet needs hands-on care or further investigation, we’ll recommend a home visit. And here’s the best part: if a home visit is required, we’ll deduct the cost of your Teleconsultation from the visit fee, so you never pay twice for the same concern.
